Once we receive your booking enquiry we will email you a confirmation.

 

We will require a deposit to secure your booking. 

Should you cancel your booking within 14 days of your check-in date your deposit will be fully forfeited. Should your cancellation be due to a government directive your deposit will be fully refunded or you can chose to postpone your stay to a future date.

Terms & Conditions :

1. Check-in time: 02:00 pm. Check-out time: 11:00 am.

2. All rates include breakfast.

3. Room reservations will be held until 5.00pm (late check-in will be charged full day's rate)

4. Late check-out will be charge 50% of normal rate. Full rate will be charged for checkout after 5pm.

5. Each additional person will be charged RM100 per person per night.

6. A RM100 surcharge will be billed to you for public holiday upon arrival.

7. Malaysian Tourism Tax of RM10 per night per room will be charged to all foreign tourists upon check out.

8. Should your booking be cancelled within 14 days of your check-in date your deposit will be fully forfeited. Change of dates are only allowed 14 days prior to arrival date. If your cancellation is due to any government directive then your deposit will be fully refunded or you can postpone your stay to another date.

9. Rates are subjected to 5% service charge and prevailing govt taxes.
